Companies large and small are trying to develop an effective social media strategy. Many are stumbling over the ROI question, but then again many are just pushing forward and trying to make something out of it. In essence it doesn’t have to be a shot gun approach. ROI may seem to be hard to quantify, but if you have a clear idea of your objectives, then ROI will come.
